A small blast from the past came through Manton Friday morning in the form of mini rail cars.

From 8 and 8:15 a.m. that morning, the North American Railcar Operators Association was in Manton with a brigade of railcars ranging from the 1930s, all the way to the 80s.

The group of railcars is a part of the 2022 Great Lakes Central Railroad, where people and even families come from all around the country to take in the sights of Michigan from their seats on the track.
