LOS ANGELES, CA (NEWSnet) -  A man was arrested again, this time facing murder and DUI charges regarding the Northridge crash Saturday that killed off-duty Los Angeles Police Officer and their passenger.

Investigators had initially arrested Brian Olivarez however released him because the District Attorney's Office told police more evidence was needed.

Olivarez is now back in custody.

He's facing two counts of murder, two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and one count of driving under the influence of alcohol and drug, causing injury.

Bail is set at more than $4 million.

If he is convicted on of the all charges he faces a possible maximum sentence of life in prison.

Prosecutors believe Olivarez was under the influence speeding over 100 mph.
