Michigan State Police announce a hit and run in Alpena.

The incident happened on January 20th at Walmart and troopers were contacted January 24th.

The suspect was driving a black crossover type SUV.

Here's a photo of the suspect and passenger as they are exiting the store.

MSP received a tip and have identified the persons in the surveillance footage.
