SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA (NEWSnet) —  A man was arrested in San Bernardino County after he called for help for an injured woman.

On Wednesday deputies responded to a call near Summit Valley Road and Foley Road, in Hesperia, after 34 year old Ethan Biroczky, reported his wife was injured and was inside a vehicle.

When deputies arrived, they found 34 year old Ashlee Bogdanoff had been shot.

She was transported to a trauma center and died on June 20th.

Deputies say investigation determined Biroczky was responsible for her death and he was arrested for Murder.

He was booked in at the High Desert Detention Center where he remains without bail.
