Muskegon County deputies say the Polar Patrol has been on the go!

They say this past week Sheriff Poulin and US Sanford made stops around the county, putting some smiles on the faces of kids of all ages.

Over a couple of days, Operation Polar Patrol made unscheduled stops at over 13 different locations. In all, over 300 pieces of ice cream were distributed for free!

Operation Polar Patrol was also invited to the Village of Ravenna, Chamber of Commerce meeting.

During the meeting, the Sheriff’s Office says they were able to showcase the positive impact this “operation” has had on the community, ending with the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce making a $200.00 donation for the purchase of ice cream.
